Building Wireless Technology Cluster in Ottawa (pdf format)

This groundbreaking study was compiled in 2001 by current OWC board members Angelo Santos and Kamal Krishnapillai, who were then enrolled in the Executive Masters in Business Administration program at the University of Ottawa.

Recognizing both the key role of established technology clusters in the Ottawa region and the market potential for commercial wireless, Angelo and Kamal spent more than 1,000 man-hours on the report, which became a detailed blueprint to guide OWC development.

The report was prepared for key contributors and influencers in Ottawa, including Ottawa Centre for Research and Innovation (OCRI), which has played a central role in building OWC capabilities.
